  3. JD we heard a report today and apparently, in Ontario, they close the beaches at a level of 200 ufc per 100ml quantity of e.coli in the water. In Paris, they can’t reach a level of 1000. So the Seine is 5 times dirtier than closed lakes in Ontario.
