Anyone else having problems with play in Across headsets? Feels like the upper bearing. New bike, maybe 10 rides. I keep going back to my HT because I don’t want to damage it more. I’ve tried everything. Canyon has gone completely radio silent. Acros spec is52/is52. I contacted Cane Creek but they didn’t have an option. I’ve given up on Canyon customer support (and maybe Canyon forever). Now I am just trying to figure out a replacement headset. Any input or ideas would be greatly appreciated!!
