Purple and gunmetal.
Middle. I don’t like when they stick out too much
The specialized one for safety considerations. The purple and gun metal for aesthetics. The other two can be tossed IMO – worst on safety and aesthetics.

Stop messing about with those mundane fangled things, you want some REAL Xbiking bar ends like mine 😎
Another vote for the (middle) Specialized. On a side note, bar ends can be easily and neatly cut using a pipe cutting tool (<$20 on Amazon), and the end plugged using a handlebar end cap. No need to discard bar ends for being too long + excuse to buy another tool.
My preferred shape is purple.
Whichever one fits on the inner part of the bar, inner bar ends are where it’s at
