Long time listener/first time caller! After a few months of tinkering, I thought it’d be fun to share my bike here. This is my first bike build and since having picked this up I’ve replaced allllllmost every dang part. When I can eventually get my hands on a set of CliffHangers I’ll go tubeless and throw some different tires on. Otherwise, I’m not sure I’m sold on these bars yet… plus the drive train needs a slightly longer chain (maybe a different chainring?) and some adjustment… But hey, it’s a work in progress! For now, it’s fun to cruise around on as is.

Looking good for sure! Spared no expense with the Paul brake setup. Nice. Rivendell/Nitto Billie Bar? Albatross?
Can climb Everest with that 84 tooth platter on the back.
A suggestion – not sure about that particular thumbie (you might need the *left* side thumbie mounted on the right side) but you might be able to rotate it inward and have a much more functional reach to it.
