I have big feet, and the back of my right heel brushes this cable as I pedal. What can I do to avoid this? The bike is a Sirrus X, and cables are internal. I think maybe pedal spacers of some sort would help, but would love any advice! Thanks!

Cut a few inches off of that housing.
RE-route it on the other side and thru the spokes?
Housing looks too long – cut it back and you’ll have more room.

Hold up! How is your heel hitting this. How big are your feet? Or how short are the chain stays?
Have you talked to your doctor about surgery?
