Did you match the length of the new chain to the old?
I’d check your b-limit and try adjusting your cable tension. Chain doesn’t look like it’s too short, but hard to tell from the video.
If it’s having trouble shifting down from first to second, or second to third but all the other gears shift fine then the B-screw could be too tight and the excessive space is preventing smooth shifting on those gears. Check the b screw is adjusted so the line on the back of the derailleur is exactly in line with the edge of the largest sprocket, then try again.
If the B screw is too far in either direction it will cause havoc.
I’ve also found the State/Sensah derailleurs to be way more sensitive to hanged alignment issues than they should be for the amount of speeds.
