On the right is the original and on the left in the bag is the replacement hanger recommended by the online search engines, etc. It’s very close to the shape of the original, but not identical. The holes don’t quite line up exactly.
Is this close enough to use?

They need to match in overall shape, but don’t worry about it being a 100% for attachment point for the rear derailleur. It does need to attach to the frame and fit snuggly. I love wheels manufacturing and 99% of their stuff is spot on. That being said, I’ve had to file some of the angles on the new replacement hangers to fit into frames, especially with older frames.
The b-limit screw brings the derailleur closer or moves it further from the cassette, so you can just adjust that to account for the slightly longer hanger.
The main thing is that the upper part where it attaches to the frame is identical.
