2013 Giant Defy Composite 1 (aluminum steerer)
It happens with the wheel off the ground too. If I lock the front brake and push back and forth, I don't feel any excess play. I made sure the top stem cap is not too tight but not so loose I can spin the spacers.
Is this bad bearings? I thought I would feel some play with the front brake locked if it were.
