I know this might be a silly beginner question, but I'm struggling to figure out the correct size inner tube for my ebike? After a punctured tire on my way to the grocery store (thanks, tiny sharp nail) and patching the tube, it's still not holding air and I, of course, do not have an extra tube.
I know these numbers are the diameter and the width of my tires, but having three different sets of numbers is making me nervous because I definitely can't afford to get the wrong one.
Advice from an expert would be much appreciated so I can try to replace this, especially since I'm one of those bike commuters without a backup car! Thanks so much!

They’re measurements in different units. I would go to a bike shop and say you need a new tube, they’ll ask which size; say “700 by 45” and you’ll get something that works (“29 inch by 1.75” would also be fine! They’ll know what you mean.). Note: they’ll also ask whether you need a Presta or Schrader type of valve. Look up a picture of these and compare to the valve on your bike to determine which you need.
