The drybag isn’t centered fully so that’s one thing but this is a common occurrence especially on handlebars that don’t have a large flare on the drops or are pretty wide

Tire Clearance is fine but it hitting the drops/levers would be a deal breaker for me

I’ve never seen this sort of fastening mechanism so I might be wrong… but I would be worried of your bag hitting the front wheels in bumps when weight is added inside the bag.
Personally, I once had a wide handlebar that left almost no space inside the horns and it was very annoying when riding. I ended up buying a smaller bag from Swift Industries that fit better inside my tiny handlebars.

I would get a smaller bag that can be stuffed full, if needed. For this one, all your space is being taken up by a tool large and floppy bag. Can this one hang off the saddle?

OPE, time to build another bike to make the bag fit!
