Visiting Winchester and other places.

Was good to see some old friends and see new faces riding

My hand slipped off the grip on my XC bike earlier in the day and by the time we got the bikes out at Winchester I could not even pull the brake lever my hand was in such a bad way.

Putting the lever on the other side worked for a few minutes but had to call it a day early as my hands functionality deteriorated dramatically.

Looking at stone henge and Winchester jumps is very similar, both incredible achievements using basic tools and materials.

Another old spot revisited, the scene in England seems stronger than ever. Just a regular Tuesday. I was here the last time in 2009 on a deluxe trip on a borrowed bike but before that was like 2006 with Nathan beddows taking photos? Love that the main lines and back line are still there. backline is like a museum piece.
