Ragged Gary Fisher

I offered to help my friend sell his Gary Fisher 29er. He kept it very well maintained until he left it on his back deck to essentially rot for 5 years. The frame is solid, but it needs to be completely gone through. Any idea on a fair asking price for something that's in rough shape, but not a lost cause? #ranwhenparked
