This was a close shave, the Toyota driver clearly seen me coming and with out and care or attention overtook the cyclist, in Ireland their must be 1.5 meters between a vehicle and a cyclist! This was extremely dangerous, as put not only me and my 2 sons and the cyclist in danger and the Toyota driver as well.

Shocking negligence
Crazy.
I drive for a living !
I see it every day.
And they hide in a van on the motorways catching me or you five or ten over the limit.
They need to be on the back roads a lot more
