I’ve googled this also, but there seem to be countless different shapes. [This is for a Shimano Alivio SIS](https://i.ibb.co/kxjGJkS/IMG-20240801-180323.jpg) rear derailleur, but I’m not sure they’re all the same.
It is called a derailleur hanger and it is specific to your bike frame. It is a piece meant to break in case of an impact, so your derailleur doesn‘t break. It’s a 20-30$ piece. Maybe you can find the part number in the bikes manual or through a google search.
Your local bike shop should be able to help.
If you can post and link a photo of the whole bike frame and any identifying brand and model we might be able to determine the year of the bike and which hanger it needs, you can upload and link images via imjur.com
A secondary need of yours is to wipe the buildup off those jockey wheels and then thoroughly clean and lube your chain set…
I couldn’t think of a worse way to take a photo to identify a derailleur hanger.

When you do find the correct hangar, buy two extra spares. Some people go through the life of a bike without breaking off their hangar, some people break them multiple times.

Go to your local bike shop. let them explain to you how it works and give them an generous tip.
You may be able to get one from a bike recycler, or there’s various sellers online. Some sites have cross-references, others you have to match it visually.
You’ll have to get a new wife. No-one sells spares.
