As title says the rear wheel on my single speed keeps slowly moving forward and making the chain slack/ disk brake rub. Is there anything i can do to stop this happening?
If torquing it to spec doesnt work, maybe just shorten your chain length by a link and tighten the screw at the shortest chainstay length? How hard do you ride that thing?

the marks on the nut make me think you might be tightening this with an adjustable wrench or something other than a 15mm box wrench. it’s tough to get torqued with anything but a box wrench. if this is the case, try finding a wrench to borrow, cranking it down nice and tight, and see if that fixes the problem.
Look at your washer. I can see the serrations under the nut. The serrations are supposed to go against the frame, to give it some bite. And, you may need to torque the nut tighter.
Used bike? Then look at the closed end of the dropouts to see if there are threaded holes where adjusting screws used to be… which would keep the axle from sliding forward.

Check the washers between the nut and dropout. If the teeth are worn (or, it’s just a plain flat washer), that could be the cause of it slipping.
