I had a minor fall on my Endurance CF7 and now the left handlebar is inverted to the right. Does it need replacement or what’s the best option on “bending” it back? Anyone experienced this before. Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

The hoods are adjustable. Slide the hood cover up and there is a bolt you can loosen to adjust the hood back to wherever you want it. Then re-tighten the bolt. Just make sure to tighten it to the correct torque.
Its Not the handlebar that is bent, but the STI. You can reposition it By Lifting up the rubber cover and loosening the screw that is clamping it to the actual bar. As it is a Carbon bar that its clamped to definitely Check the bar before and don’t overtorque it when refastening the STI.
You Might also want to try inverting both shifters a Little, as it is comfortable to many riders.
The handlebar is not bent. Just hit the left shifter (this is what you think is „bent“) to the left. It is fixed to the actual handlebar by a metal ring and is supposed to give way in the event of a crash.
