2022- now.
I also went from heart palpitations and drinking 30 cans of beer a week to no beer and feeling the best I’ve ever done at 26. Consistency is absolutely everything. Eating home made food, listening to my body, getting out there even when I didn’t want to or was scared/anxious. Riding my Smurf blue steel framed bike has maybe saved my life 😅

This is so rad. This happened to me many years ago. I’m about to get back into cycling as I come off an injury. Seeing your progress is motivation for sure. Great work ! you should reward yourself with a Canyon Ultimate Dura-Ace Di2. Just saying… 😬
Hell yeah! When things like drinking start to affect your passion/hobby it’s wild how easy they are to get rid of.
Consistency is key, I’m not sure the body type you’re going for but add in some push ups, crunches and air squats and you’ll be golden! I try to do 30-40 after each ride to balance it all out.
Keep on riding my dude!
Great work
Same…my coworkers thought I was sick from something because of weight loss…they can kick rocks for all I care
