1988 Peugeot Versailles 10 speed I just picked up off marketplace. I have a mechanical background and like wrenching but I’m just now learning bikes. I plan on cleaning it up/restoring it as best as I can (it’s a 20 footer for sure)
Went through a separation, big contributing factor actor was my behavior. Kids and partner moved out. Picked up therapy, a gym membership and a bike (now a 2nd ) as positive outlets. Riding a bike has been one of, if not the best things for my mental state. I literally can’t think of anything else but what I’m doing when I’m on the bike. Idk just figured I’d share in the off chance someone else is going through something like this, it helps to feel like you’re not the only one I guess.
Life fucking sucks sometimes but the only choice you have is to work like hell to be better.
