What size lockring tool do I use to tighten it? I’ve searched high and low for a definitive answer and I can’t find it. I have an Oumer’s cassette tool but it is too small.

I’ve used a BBT-9 for a similar one. Any shimano BB tool should work.
You need a shimano bb tool- the casette tool will work on inner lock ring disc brake but the outer lock rings run on the same size as a BB tool
