After having some gearing issues (skipping gears and chain drop) I examined my bike and found this crack (two week old Grizl CF 6 AXS). This is the derailleur hanger, right? I guess ordering and replacing this should sort out my gear issues? And can I do this replacement myself?

Yes, but you should retune the derailleur after the hanger change anyway.
Easy to fix, I think it’s held in with one bolt on the inside face. It might just fix itself once you replace it, but you’ll probably need to fiddle with the barrel adjuster to get it to shift perfectly without any noises. Order a couple of them when you place an order with Canyon so you have spares handy.
Time for a new one 😢 cheap enough from Canyons website, easy fix mate
