This photo after my ride yesterday morning shows that it has a number of upgrades that were made over the years.
You can’t see the Huret Jubilee front derailleur, the rear mech is now a Shimano Ultegra.
Its saddle is a Cool Gear “The Seat” that I bought in the late seventies. That’s attached to an Avocet micro-tilt seatpost.
The rims were converted to clinchers from tubulars in the late 1990’s, but the hubs were kept.

What? No Mafac brakes?
Paris sport was an odd brand. It was technically a house Brad for Vic Fraysee’s, and later his son Mikes shop of the same name. They contracted Starnord in France to build frames under the marquee but also brought in frames from Taiwan. The cool part was they contracted young builders like Moulton, Cuvevas and others to built them as well.
I have a track trainer that I built up as a city bike. It belonged to Mike’s daughter. Mine is badged Paris Sport and Cuevas. Apparently Starnord built the frame and Cuevas repainted it.
