


After loosing one of my easywheels, I decided to stop by our local decathlon and picked up some 100mm scooter wheels, which wear the smallest they had in stock with ball bearings.
It‘s honestly rolling great, I have not have an issue yet with clearence on the rack. I am just a bit unsure about the looks
Oh and I upgraded to a new Joseph Kuosac Handlebar and the inner bar ends. This is really really great

While they do look bigger, I don’t think they look especially so. I think I would be willing to trade off slightly in the looks department, which is subjective anyway, for better functionality. Did you have to change the bolts, use spacers etc.?
Occasionally I imagine I look fantastic whilst riding. And then I see a peer chubby 50 year old man riding a Brompton and I realise I’m already way, way past the threshold to Dork-dom. Accept it, embrace it and recognise the wheels won’t change anyone’s opinions of you or your bike one way or another.
