  1. I mean Surly’s are expensive in general, just for one of their stock bikes. And I believe they usually go for like $1000 right? It looks like a bunch of scratches or maybe I’m seeing wrong. For the name alone, I say $500 is not that bad. But the parts look kind of basic and still kind of seems like an oversell. It is just a standard track frame at the end of the day, nothing fancy. I’d ask them for $400 and see what happens

  2. Frameset is $600 new, I think the complete was $825. Looks like a stock build plus a brooks. It’s definitely got some use but they’re bulletproof frames. $500 seems fair but definitely shoot them an offer and see if you can’t get a few bucks off.

  3. People get them cheaper.

If you do buy it, carefully take those clips off, I bought mine used and they had been on too long and scratched the paint down to the frame

  4. These were just discontinued, which means availability will dry up and then price will go up. I just paid $650 for a Creamroller and consider it a great buy.
