You just bought it. Ride it. What the fuck is your problem?

Pedals might help

I would save up for a carbon wheelset and in the meantime ride the hell out it.
Btw this is the only sub I’ve seen where people don’t want to discuss the subject of the sub I.e fixed gear bicycles lol

Matching wheels. Otherwise a beautiful bike

Personally i recommend drop bars, even aluminium ones work for a start. I dont like bullbars since i tended to clip mirrors by accident, but thats just me. Happy riding !

Also a saddle with a pernium hole is a game changer

Ride it and it will tell you what it needs

Get some pedals with straps and just ride until you are 100% sure that you want to swap something out. Bike looks fantastic, only thing I would even consider would be some new tyres and maybe a new handlebar but only if you dislike the bullhorns. They are great for starting out though, very stable.
I wouldn’t even think about upgrading that until about a year or two into riding, it’s already great

Bars are a personal choice, so get what you like. But if you keep this bike in the black/gray zone, I think a gold chain is mega peng.
