New or used frame?

If it’s in good shape and fits you then $700 is a good price. I have a pre-rebrand Dosnoventa and it’s super fun to ride. Very light and responsive, triple-butted tubes with cool shapes (e.g. the down tube changes shape along its length so that it’s wider and flatter to match the bottom bracket and taller and narrower to match the head tube), made in Italy. A lot of people don’t like the branding but I do, a lot of people don’t like the brand’s image but you don’t have to care about that
Those are over priced brand new so 700 is what they should be even unused. It’s fair if you really want the frame.
