Dr. Tim Podlogar is an exercise physiologist with a special interest in endurance exercise metabolism and sports nutrition. He is currently a Research Fellow at the University of Birmingham, UK and an assistant professor at the University of Primorska, Slovenia. Outside academia he works as a sports nutritionist in a World Tour cycling team and with many other aspiring athletes. He is himself an avid cyclist pushing his body to the limits.

Alex Rhodes is a former elite XTERRA and winter triathlete who can claim many successes, such as World Winter Triathlon AG🥇 Champion, European Cross Duathlon AG🥇 Champion and two-time World Cross Triathlon AG🥈 Champion. In recent years, he has been focusing on MTB XC as well as triathlon and cycling coaching, combining his sporting knowledge with his knowledge of nutrition science, which he is studying for his PhD.

  1. Very insightful and I really appreciate this kind of interviews because I also suffered and still suffer from time to time from some disorders with nutrition due to the same things that Penny said….Mind can play tricky games on us nd on our perception and related actions…
