I just picked it today and it poured driving back to JAX, FL. The first pic is the Craigslist post and the rest I took when I got home. I’m not sure of the frame; I’ve heard maybe a dirtbike or a Holmes. The forks and sprocket are Kink, no idea on the cranks, Redneck stem, Primo seat, Sun BFR rim on the front and a Hoffman Bikes on the rear. It definitely has some surface rust and more than a few scratches, but overall should be able to ride around on it. I’m just getting back into BMX at 50. I’m looking for a new school bike as well. If you have any other info let me know

Used to be longer tt is the holmes, shorter than 20.5 was the dirt bike. Serial will clear it up on the rear drop out. Cranks look maybe schwinn xl. Can’t fault it for $50 for a bit of nostalgia though.
Shiiiit, that looks very close to what I built back in 1998! Those were all pretty top of the line items back then, high quality stuff. But that bike is gonna be a damn tank. You’re definitely gonna be nice and sore throwing that beast around for a few hours. 40lb bikes back then were the norm.
That stem is worth more than you paid. The bars are gt performer 4pc with the single top bar or copies.
