I recently swapped the taller H stem for an S, for a little more reach and finally trimmed the fenders and added easywheels for easier folding and rolling. I also exchanged the alfine 8 gear hub for a microshift advent supershort 9 gear derailleur setup. I prefer derailleur gears and less weight in the back. This thing is so much fun to ride.
