Looks good to me. What do you plan to do with it ? Commute ?
It’s a very sensible choice and it looks super clean. Easy to service and maintain.
Make sure it’s the right size for you and if it is scoop it up.
I’m your height and my 90’s 21” trek feels slightly big for me. I don’t mind but you might . Just double check the stand over height when you scope it
It’s priced appropriately and if it rides well and fits you, will be a great bike.
Recommend a new saddle and brake pads.

Go for a test ride and bring smaller bills.
If it fits and got no problems (shift, brake etc) offer $140.
If it fits and got some problems offer $80-$100
If it doesn’t fit you. All bets are off. You don’t want it!
If it fits, you should commit.
