Is this a good deal? Open FM066 With SRAM Force.

I know Open Bikes is a Chinese brand, but if it has that many miles with supposedly no mechanical damage or cracks in the carbon I guess it’s built fairly well.
It would come to about $1000 to ship it to where I live.
