It’s a plug, but I don’t see any available on the website. Is there another one on the bike anywhere? Other side, perhaps? If so, take it out and check the EP number on the back of it.
Edit: You can search that number on the site or give it to customer support via the chat tool.
E237-15 for the blind plug E515-16 for the inner part.
