I mean it’s a 7 year old bike with dated geo it’s not gonna hold its value at all

Who gives a damn. Cheap bike is cheap bike

Message them and see if you can see it. They will probably ask for a deposit or make up some sob story to scam money from you. If they actually have it and have the receipts, then buy away

Not stolen at all, I’d grab it.
It’s a 2017 so the price looks about right

Probably a scammer. They like to list bikes like this for really good deals and then they’ll probably end up asking you to put a deposit down on it. Just like the Pivot switchblade for $900 that I was baiting the seller on.

*bicycle* sounds sus. I wouldn’t list my car with the title ‘Automobile’ then dive into detail about the frame material in the description. They’re trying to catch the fish that want to get caught.

Detailing the specs makes me think it’s not stolen, I’d inquire and go see it but with a skeptical approach

For what it’s worth, an explosion of “too good to be real” bikes in my area too. Mostly scams

Scam

This is not a real bike. The new scam is to post a bike too good to be true, ask for a deposit to hold it, and then ghost you and delete the ad. Probably get 1-2 people per ad. My buddy just fell for it.

Price isn’t unreasonable considering the age of the bike, but the listing does seem a bit suspect.

Description looks kinda legit, they even say they have receipts. So as others have said, unless they ask you for a deposit, go for it (and carefully look for cracks in the carbon frame or dents/scratches on the stanchions)

Remember, always always give money to people face to face (unless you use PayPal G&S)

Totally sus. Look at the suspension description. Not enough details.
