Ride it but that’s just me. Eventually you’ll get some nicks here and there just riding it.
The bike is sold out (I don’t know about us) and won’t come back probably. Accept the refund, cover it with a sharpie and upgrade the wheels in the future. Bent rotor is easily fixable.

You’ll eventually scratch something anyways so if it was me I’d keep it and take the refund
Touch up paint for easy fix. I would take $225 for that.
For the bent rotor is another story.
