I think it’s worthy already!
Maybe have a shop tighten your threaded headset if it won’t stay locked down for you, or watch the park tools YouTube tutorial. A “modern” threadless headset would mean a new fork too and isn’t really necessary for anything.
Take it on an adventure and find out what you need that you don’t already have. It looks like your gearing is pretty hard to me, but maybe you live and adventure somewhere flat.

Looks fine to me! But you could check out different handlebars.
It is a very personal preference so do not buy something somebody tells you to buy. Ride and think do you need improvement.

I did not like straight 90’s style bar so I have this from Pelago. My other bike has bullhorn but it is a single speed.
You will probably enjoy some lower gear in the wild, so perhaps wider range cassete.
You need to counter with the locknut properly. That said there are/were locknuts with an additional clamping mechanism to keep them in place. [Here](https://www.mtb-kult.de/Shogun-Kontermutter-mit-Headlock-1-222mm-purple-NEU-OVP) an example.

If you don’t have the tools, get a shop/coop to do it for you. Riding on a loose headset will rapidly damage the headset, resulting in an indexed feeling when tightened, bad steering and will eventually damage frame and fork. Replacing it with a different headset and fork due to lack of skills is a waste of money IMO.
To make it more adventure-worthy: call in sick*, turn left instead of right out the door, and go on an adventure.
* This is not professional career advice. You get the idea though.
I’ve never understood bikes getting such large, single chain rings on the front and such small, tightly packed cassets in the rear. If you never have to climb anything that will work fine, but hills have to suck on that bike.
If you can climbs hills well enough on it, it’s fine the way it is. Otherwise, I’d be looking for a 2x (two by) crank and a wider range cassette.
Take it on adventures. That’s it.
