このワイナリーでは、農薬を使わずに馬のふんやマスタード、麦、牛の角を利用して土壌を管理しています。また、ワイナリーの周りには木を植えて自然環境を整えているそうです🌱💫 ハチが住めなくなると人間も住めなくなることから、ハチの生息を保護することにも注力しています🌱💫 ストレス軽減のためにハーブティーも取り入れ、ぶどうの品質にも気を配っているとのことです🌿
