1600 seems a bit steep to be honest, a new rove is msrp 1300 – 1800 for the options with a steel fork which this one comes with. The bags, racks, saddle, tires, pedals, etc would definitely amount to a reasonable chunk of change… but still this is all second hand used stuff and the price doesn’t seem to match that as well as I’d expect. Maybe 1200-1400 would be fair depending on the wear level of the mechanicals imho.

It looks like a $600 bike to me but I don’t know Kona that well

It’s a nice bike if this is what you want to use it for but it is expensive. You can probably find a new one with a good discount.

Assuming this is USD, 1600 is more or less the price of the bike when it was new, and you are getting the Brooks saddle, racks, and bottle cages for free (so maybe 500 in total of extras? though the colour of the bottle cages is nonsensical)
I would say it’s a bit expensive, maybe offer 200-300 less.
On the other hand, the frame colour is one of the best Kona ever came up with.
