Help assessing used bike (Trek FX 7.3)

Hi all, I'm in the market for a commuter bike that will last while not breaking the bank. My search has led to Trek Fx, Giant Escape, Sirrus.. and so on but I'm having trouble determining whether the prices are worth the condition they are in.

Right now I'm looking at this Trek FX 7.3 for $275. Is the condition right for the price? It seems to be an older model (2010 from what I've gathered). There is also this Sirrus for $200 with "150 miles".

I've also seen a 2018-2019 Trek FX2 for $325 and a like new Giant Escape 3 for around $400, but I'm having trouble figuring out the best deal.
