Unscrew the big silver ring, turn around the valve core and reassemble. Then use the smaller hole on your bike pump.

It’s a bicycle camera. Try to find AT cameras. You also need a special pump for them.

Up side down dunlop valve(unscrew and flip that top peace) . Inflate with presta tip and don’t unscrew anything. Sometimes it doesn’t want to inflate right away – give a stronger pump and it will flow.

Looks like a Woods Valve (UK) but the top part is in upside down.
