Drop the stem down, it’s way too high to be safe as the wedge will be right at the top of the forks.

Brake pads, cables, chain bearings. Atleast check these things no way to say it from pictures BUT if they are original aswell keep them! The tires too! As original as possible this could maybe give you some decent cash… Or an expensiv wall decoration… Xd dont throw anything away!!!!! Xd
