Got this early Stumpjumper in a trade from my coworker. I plan to restore it and use it as my more light riding bike. I was told it was an ‘84 but would like any input or advice on how to go about it.

For more information it has ARAYA rims and Sugino AT cranks. Also the plates on the back were made to hold a children’s seat and will just unbolt
Nice find.
Looks perfect as is.
Only thing I’d change is the saddle and pedals (if they are heavy)
What size frame? Looks huge. The stem/bars are dope!
