Hi, I would appreciate some advice on what fellow owners would do if they found this? I’m not sure if it’s just a paint chip or more. I am reluctant to send it back to Canyon as only 9 months ago did I do this with another frame that they eventually replaced for free after initially saying it would not be covered under warranty. My previous damage was around the seat post. I have never been involved in any collision and so again I am shocked to see this happen on a frame I’ve only ridden about 6-700 miles on especially because of its location as I don’t see how a stone could hit there for example and cause a stone chip.
