Put some card inside the tyre to help reinforce the sidewall, it’ll keep it running for time being. It will need to be replaced though

Duck tape, a piece of plastic from a soda bottle in your tire and it’ll be fine. Just make sure the plastic patch is an oval shape

I used to use a folded up dollar bill between the tube and the rupture, but yeah you’ll need to replace soon.

I wouldn’t. Bike tires actually last long when you ride them. Believe it or not. That tire sat around in heat for a long time

You could make some sandals out of it

It’ll be just fine on a display-only bike

I have used playing cards before to hold the tubes in place, but please just change it. I almost lost all my front teeth when the sidewalls of my tire suddenly ripped open on the front wheel and the tube popped out.

No, that tube will pop.

I’ve had this same exact thing happen, casing an air, but both sides blew, I superglued the rip, put a patch on the inside, and sewed up the hole(pain in the ass!) and it was fine for the 2 months I waited before grabbing new tires.

You can but you’ll eventually pop your inter-tube
