If you aren’t taking your wheel off much you won’t have much use for it. There have been times I wished I had one but can generally get the right tension after enough swear words have been said.
If you are curious about it try making one yourself to see if you like how it works then if you like it you can by a nicer looking one.

Those work well, but so does simply rocking the wheel (clamp one axle bolt, push tire to the side to force the other bolt back, tighten it, loosen the first bolt, push tire to the side, tighten it)
