Been working away at this beast for the last week or so after work getting it actually riding right as it never has.
New rear mech and shifter as the grip shift was shite. I can actually shift into all my gears and it feels smooth.
Redid the brakes as the front was always a bit too soft and didn’t work well but it’s now snappy and feels great.
Changed the bars for a more upright position and finally a cargo net to go over the rack to keep all the trinkets I find on adventures nice and safe.
It’s ready to be used as intended, a daily commuter/errand runner/go anywhere bike.
