I have an option to buy brand new old spec crossroads for 130$. Is it worth it?
To be honest it is the bike I wanted to buy just before I bought Bianchi spillo 767 but someone bid more and I gave out. Now it's more expensive but it's the bike I wish I had.
I have 182cm (6ft) so this size would fit me without too much juggling components?

See if they’ll negotiate. If it is what you want- get what you want. You won’t care about the price a year from now.
If you want to keep it as is and it’s in fairly good condition, $130 sounds fair. From the one photo, presence of original reflectors and dork disc, this one looks only lightly used.
That frame looks small for someone of your size. A crude but accurate enough way to estimate frame size on these 90s MTBs/hybrids is to note the space between the top tube and the down tube where it attaches to the head tube. Judging by that, I would put this bike at something like 54cm or about 17-18″. A person at 6′ or 180cm is going to be more comfortable with something in the 58-60cm range, more like 20-21.5″, especially if they’ve got longer legs. That’s not to say it’s completely unrideable for you, but you’d likely need to swap in a longer seatpost and a high-rise stem, something you stated you were trying to avoid.
The components are in great condition but were cheap. Low end Shimano at that time used steel coated with a plastic resin. That style
of brake levers always felt chunky to me with poor lever feel.
$130 is not too much, considering the tires have been replaced with newer Schwalbes.
