Butchered a few bikes to build this one up🥺 new gravel/bike packing/single track ripper/??? bike

I know you’re still dialing it in, but I’m pretty sure that stem setup is unsafe to ride, even for testing purposes. The clamping forces of the stem should be supported by the expansion plug, but here the two are like inches apart. Maybe I’m full of crap, but my bike manufacturer says no more than 5mm spacer on top of the stem, and I think some recommend none. Just an aside, you do you.
