Cube Nuroad Pro, recent additions where a new Back wheel, cool new bar with rise and aero loop, this awesome purple bar tape, stem and valve caps. Got it since 3~ years, I'm positively in love.
PSA: changing bars will force you to learn how to redo the shift and brake cables.

How’d you wear out a rear wheel in three years?
I love this generation of tiagra, works great and compatible with 11 speed derailleurs including GRX 😉
Nice.
Here’s a tip: Those Tiagra 4700 levers are compatible with Ultegra R8000 derailleurs. The R8000 front derailleur is the newer toggle type and works much better than the long-arm 4700 one.
And if you ride off-pavement and want a clutch to prevent chain slap, you can put in an Ultegra RD-RX800 rear derailleur which has the clutch.
And if you want even lower gearing, those 4700 levers are compatible with GRX derailleurs too.
Fittingly named band and song for the topic:

Respect your darling, listen to it when it says “Don’t touch me there!” – clamp it to your work stand with the seatpost, use a beat-up workshop seatpost if needed.
I’m going to assume this was just for the photo but for anyone else reading, frame tubes are weakest in the centre and can be ruined by clamping or rotational forces.
