

I over tightened my thru axle and over threaded my dropout, leaving me with about four threads left. I’m unable to attach my axle again since it doesn’t even reach those threads on the far side. I know, very stupid.
I’ve already contacted Canyon with a warranty claim but I’m almost sure this falls under the user error. I have not heard back from them yet.
Is there anything that could be done for this or is the frame toast? Again, I know, stupid.

Probably fixable with a helicoil.
Visit at your LBS will do. If this is no option helicoil as said. Or cut the threads again in a bigger size and insert a threaded bushing. For both options make sure the threads of the fix is matching the axle.
Looks like it’s mostly the threads in your derailleur hanger that are boogered. Easily replaced:
