Buddy got this trike but no idea on the brand or even what is it?

We could not find a Brand, SN, or Model for it. It has a DC Electric Motor on the Left front Side under the basket (No Chain connecting the a motor to the Rear Axle). The Basket seems to be Fiberglass. no Battery or Controls for the Motor.

If anyone has any information about this Bike that would be awesome.
