I have problems with motivation, so yesterday I did my first 100km this year, going through the northern rolling fields, than heading through Puszcza Niepoลomicka and back to Krakรณw.
This is awesome! Well done!
My first rides were always less than 40km. It took half a year to climb to 60km and then 100km followed shortly after. After a 2 or 3 years I felt comfortable riding 200km a day. The steps you are going to take might be small but every step is a step in the right direction.
